Item was missing and they sorted it straight away very happy with this company

A perfect plushie for cuddling, I can't sleep without wrapping my hand around it. The only thing I don't really like is the fur under its face, it looks a lot like beard lol. I just keep it tucked in, though. I steamed my plushie thoroughly when I got it and not a single wrinkle is visible now. Kitty Gi-hun is the cutest <3

Personally I love these. Way more then build a bear I compare the two companies together because their simular. I think their really well made they don't have weird rough fabric it's always soft and the size is well worth it . The only downside is I do have a lucifer plushie who's tail gotten ripped somehow only a short time after having them.and they are a bit pricey so I can only buy them on sale. My only wish would be cheaper prices and for them to make a Valentino plushie. The adam one is great I sleep with him alot and never go anywhere without my lucifer one I recommend this shop to anyone but would wait till they have their sales unfortunately sometimes they are still high priced even on sale. But overall I really love them they're true to size too good quality safe to sleep with. Like I said I'd love a Valentino plushies and for them to have their hazbin ones around longer because I missed out on getting Velvette since they only do them for the trends it seems. If you do them for the trends I don't understand why no Valentino but over all great company would buy again.
