I got a chiaki but it came with a flaw, but customer service was fast and helped me on my problem, and she came out perfectly, I loved it so so much ;_; no regrets, pls get one!!

She arrived fast and uncomplicated my first package with chiaki was lost by the German shipping company so a replacement was sent she arrived one day after the shipping company found my lost package thanks to customer service I was allowed to keep both . Best Shop ever they always try their best to make their customers happy . I will order again and thanks so much 💖🤗🌞🩷❤️😍

I ordered her long ago , she should get delivered at the second July but DPD lost her in transit one day before the delivery. She vanished and appeared yesterday at a other State 400 km away from my home . Today she got delivered. I’m happy she is super cute and fluffy.

Not sure how the receiver of this particular plush Meow was received as it was not.made known to me, yet I ABSOLUTELY heart how cute, clean and fluffy she looked within her packaging! Such high quality, and the highest attentive care within customer service ever!!! Thank you guys so much!!! \^·^/ worth EVERY cent of its prestige value! A++
