Quality-wise, the plushie was suuuper soft and fluffy, the stitching is top-notch. In terms of delivery, it took the same amount of time as it was calculated, so no complaints here. Also, props to one of the workers who reached out to me via email to inform me of the postal code I've accidentally written wrong. I know that was the bare minimum in terms of customer service, but I really appreciated that.
I actually got the plushie as a bday gift for my best friend; she loved it and I was overjoyed! Im thinking of perhaps buying her another plushie next year!
