About PlushShop
PlushShop is an independent plush design brand founded in 2021. We are best known for the Meow Meow Family—a growing collection of soft, cat-body plushies inspired by the characters, moods and aesthetics fans love.
Our collection includes 4-inch Mini Plushies, 9-inch Baby Meows, 17-inch hugging plushies and selected oversized or special-format designs. We also create plush outfits, accessories and custom plush projects for collectors, fans and creators around the world.
Our Story
PlushShop began with a simple idea: the characters and original creations people love should be more than images on a screen or drawings on a page. They can become soft, expressive companions that fans can collect, display and hug.
As plush collectors and fans ourselves, we saw an opportunity to create character-inspired plushies with a distinctive shape, recognizable details and a strong sense of personality. This idea led to the creation of the Meow Meow Family, our signature cat-body plush collection.
Since 2021, the Meow Meow Family has grown into hundreds of designs across multiple sizes, styles and product formats.
The Meow Meow Family
A Meow plush reimagines a character, theme or original concept through PlushShop’s signature cat-body format. The shared cat-like silhouette makes every design feel like part of one collectible family, while individual hairstyles, expressions, colors, clothing details and accessories give each Meow its own personality.
Common Meow plush sizes include:
- 4-inch Mini Plushies: compact collectibles for bags, desks and small displays
- 9-inch Baby Meows: smaller companions suited to gifting and shelf displays
- 17-inch Meow Plushies: larger plushies designed for hugging and room display
- Special Formats: selected long, oversized and design-specific plush styles

Original Designs, Artist Projects and Character-Inspired Plushies
PlushShop develops a range of different products, including original designs, artist-attributed designs, custom projects and character-inspired fan-made plushies.
Our in-house team creates and develops many PlushShop products, while selected designs may feature contributions from independent artists or named designers. Where applicable, designer attribution, collaboration information or other product-specific details are shown on the individual product page.
The Meow Plush serves as PlushShop’s signature design format and the most recognizable part of our brand.
How We Design a Plush
Every plush begins with a concept. Our team identifies the expression, colors, silhouette and visual details that make the design recognizable before adapting them into a physical plush format.
The general development process includes:
- Concept development: Defining the expression, proportions, colors and important design elements.
- Pattern and embroidery development: Translating the concept into sewable patterns and embroidery files.
- Sample production: Creating a physical sample to evaluate the shape, fabric, embroidery and construction.
- Sample review and revision: Adjusting proportions, colors or details when improvements are needed.
- Production: Moving the approved design into small-batch or larger-scale production.
- Quality inspection and packing: Checking finished products before preparing them for fulfillment.
A design may go through several sample revisions before it is approved for production. Our goal is to create a plush that looks expressive from different angles and works as a real, three-dimensional companion—not only as an illustration.
Our Craftsmanship
With years of experience in plush development and manufacturing, PlushShop operates its own production facility dedicated to creating detailed collectible plushies.
Our designers, pattern makers, embroidery specialists and production team work together throughout the development process. Particular attention is given to facial expressions, embroidery, hairstyles, clothing elements, accessories and other details that define each design.
Many PlushShop products use soft faux rabbit fur or other plush fabrics selected according to the needs of the design. Embroidery is used extensively to create expressive faces and detailed decorative features.
Because plushies are soft, sewn products, small differences in shape, embroidery placement or measured dimensions may naturally occur. Any applicable measurement tolerance is explained on the relevant product page.
Our Approach to Quality
Quality at PlushShop begins with the design and continues through sampling, material selection, production and final inspection.
Our team reviews important details such as:
- Overall shape and proportions
- Fabric texture and color
- Embroidery placement
- Seams and construction
- Filling distribution
- Attached clothing and accessories
- Final appearance after packing
Large plushies may be vacuum-packed to reduce shipping volume and protect them during international transportation. After opening, customers can gently reshape the plush, redistribute the filling and allow it to rest for 24–48 hours.
Materials, packing methods and care instructions may differ between designs, so customers should always review the individual product page before purchasing.
In-Stock and Pre-Order Plushies
PlushShop offers both in-stock and pre-order products.
In-stock products are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Most pre-order products are prepared for dispatch within approximately 20–40 days, although some may be ready in about 20 days.
Every pre-order product displays a specific estimated dispatch date or date range on its product page. Customers can review this information before placing an order, and the product-specific date takes priority over the general estimate.
When an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, we generally ship the available in-stock items first. Customers may also contact our support team if they have a specific shipping request.
Shipping and Customer Support
PlushShop ships to customers in many countries and regions around the world. Orders may be fulfilled from our United States warehouse, China or another available fulfillment location, depending on product availability and destination.
For orders dispatched from our United States warehouse to a US address, delivery commonly takes 2–4 days after dispatch. Orders sent through other fulfillment routes commonly arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch, while some destinations or remote areas may require 10–20 business days.
These delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include pre-order production time or order processing.
