What should I do if I need to request a return&exchange?To initiate a return&exchange, please contact our customer service team (service@plushshop.com) for an assessment. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you. Please note, items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on your original delivery.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your withdrawal right, please submit a request through our Withdrawal Request page or contact our support team before the withdrawal period expires.
Once your withdrawal request has been approved, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Exceptions may apply to customized, personalized, made-to-order, or other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law.
