Prompt delivery. I ordered on Christmas day and it dispatched quickly. Took only 5 days to get tracking updates after confirming order and my order started moving around the 5th Jan. The plush arrived on the 11th which was super unexpected!
Unsure if people have been getting bad batches but the plush is extremely soft, it's noticeably larger than my Capitano Plush I got from them 2 years back. The fluff is much softer and longer faux
All the cheek and ear fluff pieces are soft and unjagged. No spikey glue residue. Everything is embroidered on, goggles are stitched near ears.
Wing are glued on near the top, they're stitched at the base so if you do take the glue off they will just flop down!
Theres no loose threads or holes, fluffed up within 10 minutes and there's no permanent wrinkles even after being air vaccumed
I absolutely love the plush and will most likely get more down the line, I'd recommend buying when they're not as many pre-orders so their batches aren't rushed
