Hes super cute but the hood is a bit too big to be snapped in correctly so it doesnt fit quite right. The hood doesnt like to stay in place due to how oversized it is, but otherwise hes super cute and cuddly like all other meows ive ordered. The hood doesnt fit like the images on the website unfortunately, i have to tie the hood to make it stay on at all.

My first Moze was lost in the mail, which is not the shops fault and I contacted customer service and they were quickly able to resolve the issue and my replacement arrived really fast! I am still giving a 5 star because I love the plush and it isn't their fault the plush got lost and they were able to send me another one. I'm so happy he's home and I love the hood accessory!
He is amazingly cute. And the customer service here is amazing. I am definitely telling others to order their favorites from plush shop! Thank you so much for all your help!
