I was amazed at the packaging, and yes its exactly as is on the website. My daughter loves it, she is obsessed. She is 14 and carries it everywhere with her!
Love to review but you did NOT fulfill my order - it hasnt arrived and the customer service about it has been frustrating and tried to pass the buck to the shipper. I had to push for a resolution which is still not complete (a new one has been shipped but I wont trust it until it arrives). Your shipping charge is ridiculously high and then you use poor delivery partners in Canada. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and is still not here January 15. I wont order from your store again and this has been a bad experience. If I do not receive the replacement shortly I will be going through my credit card - which is something I have never had to do for any other retailer. Nightmare experience.
