The package was on a kinda bad condition in shape but my diva navia was totally fine. She is so cute and squishy with very good details the only thing to do is to to place the hat well so it won't fall behind her every time you hug her. She is way bigger than I expected her to be.

It revived my dead grandpa, he came back to life just to see this amazing plushie, We love it so much!!!

Shipping to Mexico took a little longer than expected. It's understandable that since it's being shipped abroad, the packaging may come a little damaged. However, the product came with some details from the accessories and a different material from the hat. If I consider buying another item, I'll also ask for the Single Gift Box packaging to avoid these types of problems. Still, a very good product!
