The design is extremely cute and of high quality, and there are no issues of them falling out when moving around. They last for a long time between charges as advertised, charge within an efficient amount of time, and are very comfortable to wear. The audio quality is perfect as long as they are securely placed in the ear, though there are occasional times where the audio quality lessens but usually fixes itself afterward. The earphone bag is super soft and squishy, and the little bell attached makes it even cuter. I'm very happy with the purchase. Thank you, PlushShop!

They came quickly and function pretty well. The Headphone's design is pretty cute and the extra gifts were unexpected but also adorable. The Headphones hold for a long time and have a good audio.

Did NOT expect the sheer amount of adorable goodies provided in addition to my earbuds. I love the product so much!!! The earbud sound quality is a bit low, but that's mostly because of my ear shape I think. The instructions aren't in English, but the set up is fairly intuitive. If you need clear instructions try the Papago app for translation. I'm dying of cuteness overload. I just might by the Xiao earbuds as a backup because the entire layout is adorable. I hope to see more earbuds in this style for other Genshin Impact characters! <3

The case and the little bag it comes with are super cute!!! In terms of audio, everything is good except when using them to make phone calls. The audio for calls is lacking for some reason and if there is a mic, it doesn't pick up my voice very well so I have to basically shout. Other than that though, everything is good
