I absolutely adore my tanjiro plush. I think it turned out the best out of the three I bought. It’s just that his cloak is really loose and I have to fix and adjust it often.

Le prestataire de la livraison en France est catastrophique. Impossible à joindre. Ne sait pas appeler quand il n'arrive pas à trouver une simple adresse. Et incapable également de trouver le bouton de la sonnette. Même si le sav de plushshop a été comprensif et commercial, je ne le recommanderai pas à cause du manque de sérieux du service de livraison

When our Tanjiromeow came in, his cape is way larger than advertised in images and he was missing an earring. When I reached out to customer service, the BEST they could do was offer me a refund of $5 and they would send me a replacement earring so that I could sew it on myself. A replacement or exchange was not an option. For a stuffed kitty that costs $60 with shipping, this was a huge disappointment! Still waiting a month later for the replacement items. I did receive my $5.
