Genshin Phone Grip Holder

Second time I bought this because the first one came broken then pieces chipped off within a month. Bought it again hoping maybe I just got a faulty one. Just came in, the plastic is weirdly sticky on one side, badly scratched (there's a protective film, I took it off and there were already dents and a small crack) super disappointed, maybe the other characters are better but at least the Itto pop socket, it's kinda disappointing. Their other products are much higher quality so it's a little disappointing that these (at least the two I've bought) were not.

It's super cute, I got the Itto one about a month ago but already had problems. The top would detach all the time and I had to hot glue it together. It didn't last very long before an edge of the character chipped off. (note: I didn't drop it or anything like that, I just randomly noticed a piece broke off.) I'm going to order another and hope maybe I just got a bad one. Was super disappointed because the pop socket was adorable and took a month to come, only to last a month after I finally got it.
