Very soft but definitely not the size I ordered, I got one that was 2 or 3 sizes smaller then it should have been

The L is a little too big but the S is too small, but the coat is cute and fluffy

Its really pretty and cozy, but it came with places that were unsewn so i need to fix it myself. A little sad about it, but thanks anyways, it happens.
