The product is very nice.

Poor glue quality, the mask came off and needs to be reglued on. The hair has random glue pieces leaving hard lumps behind, the mask is crooked and bent on its right side (the higher piece), and I'm sure its probably from being vacuum sealed but even trying to flatten it or smooth it out is incredibly difficult. There's also the fact the box came in broken and bursting at the seams and retaped at the edges. The plush is a decent size, but the fact that even being vacuum sealed left it too big for the box tells me that bigger boxes are needed. I'm just glad my fiancee still loves him, but overall quite disappointed in the quality, it did ship and deliver quickly so I'll also give credit where it is do.
