    My joker meow came without his face embroidered, literally the face just wasn't there, I've contacted customer support and supposedly another one is on the way but the fact that one arrived like this is unbelievable

    Pretty good

    First of all, the shipping was super fast despite coming all the way from China to western Europe. They're cute, just the right size for hugging, and the hair+face details are really well done. However, they're more wide and flat than the pictures (especially the tails), and the sewing/cutting job on some parts is a bit crude (like the tufts of fur on the sides of the head). My Joker's smile has a bit of teeth showing unlike the pictures, but that's not a bad thing. Goro's mask is crumpled, though it couldn't really be helped with the packaging.
    I'm pretty happy with what I got and the overall quality is good, but I might try to add some stuffing to their head and tail :)

    Nice and soft, but the Joker meow came with a small hole in the back but it isn’t a problem for me because it’s easily fixable
