This plush is super cute but it’s not well made and took a month to be delivered. I bought 2 plushes and both of them had/have holes in their necks upon arrival. When customer service was contacted, they said “Would it be possible for you to mend it?” Now I understand if one of them had a hole because things happen, but I don’t understand both of them being damaged and I definitely don’t understand being asked to fix multiple damaged items that I paid for myself, considering they weren’t cheap. For the price and the way customer service didn’t handle the issue, I don’t recommend.
