I finally got my shipment confirmation and tracking link after almost two months, the sigh of relief when I saw the notification was big

I see I'm not the only one still waiting for shipping and I've placed my order back in October - 20th. I e-mailed the customer service and asked what happend to my order, just to receive information that Capitano is under making and he will be finished in around 20 working days. At this point I doubt I'll receive him before Christmas. I'm really disappointed, tbh.

I placed my order for this on November 3rd and it says to allow 30 days to recieve my order but it still hasn't even shipped. Hope it will ship soon :(

I love Capitano and the plush is so cute but I've placed my pre-order on the 19th of October and I haven't been sent any other update other than the confirmation AT ALLL, but ofc my money has been taken. So um yeah what happened to my order hello?
