Okay, I absolutely love this stuffed animal. However, there are certainly some issues with the quality. First off, his minky is very soft, and so is his jacket! The fur patch on his chest though feels like lower quality fur. Its somewhat brittle, and also doesn't match his colors at all.The second thing I noticed was the heat-damaged minky. I tried to fix this myself, but was unable to straighten it back out, so his face is covered in wrinkles. Next, none of his seams were brushed out. I know this might be nitpicky, but seeing as I paid $50+ for this plush, I was certainly expecting better. I brushed out all the seams myself, and he looks a lot better. I did also have to give his face a trim, because the minky was long enough that it was hiding details such as his eyelids and nose/mouth. Also, the messy "hair" parts are so badly done it's laughable. Seriously, I've seen better from Funko! The "hair" is literally two pieces of thin minky glued together and attached to the head. The edges are rough, there are parts hanging off that weren't all the way cut off, and they don't stay upright. Was it too hard to at least stick in some polyfil so they don't flop around as much?? As someone who regularly works with these materials, I'm saddened to see shortcuts taken on this plush. Again, I do really love this guy and he's really cute! He's just definitely not worth $50+ based off of his quality, and it's crazy this shop is able to charge that much for this. If I could give it 2.5 stars I would!

He’s so cute and fluffy I love him. He looked so goofy in the package but the next day he’s back in shape. Although the delivery took SO LONG, he was worth the wait 💜

When I first placed the order, I had forgotten to leave my contact information, such as my email and number, and they were extremely helpful in finding this information. The customer service employee I spoke with was extremely nice and super helpful. And they seem like they’re in fantastic shape! I am very happy with my purchase and plan on shopping here again!
