The paw was sewn incorrectly. I reached out to the support team for them to take responsibility, but all they offered was a discount coupon that wasn't worth for me. When I pressed for a better offer, they stopped responding to my emails and have been missing in action for a week. I am thoroughly disappointed.

I haven’t even received my order. It’s been two months practically. It was shipped entirely to the wrong address in Illinois. I DONT EVEN LIVE THERE. I really wanted this plushie and am absolutely disappointed.
